Here is how to make Bevan’s special Buttermilk Fried Quail!

Ingredients: 

400g buttermilk

2 eggs

6 quail

Secret blend of 11 herbs and spices:

Salt

Black Pepper

Thyme

Cayenne pepper

Basil

Marjoram.

White pepper

Paprika

Garlic powder

Mustard powder

Celery salt

Directions:

Whisk the 2 eggs into the buttermilk and soak the quail in it. Marinade for at least one hour

Mix the flour and spices together. Get creative are discovered your own secret blend

Take the quail and cover it in the flour
